During the entire NEERA cleansing course, you replace solid food with the NEERA drink. The Neera drink will give you energy and all the nutrients you need.

How to Prepare the Neera Drink:


For one glass (250 ml) of pure water: 20 ml of MadalBal syrup, 20 ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice (Do not use ready-made concentrates and juices.) Add cayenne pepper to taste.

It is also possible to prepare the drink for the whole day:

To prepare about 2 liters, which is 6-8 glasses of the drink recommended by the program, mix 140 ml of MadalBal syrup and the juice of 3-4 lemons with 2 liters of pure water, add cayenne pepper to taste, and stir. Your drink for the whole day is ready.

The amount of lemon juice in the drink should be roughly equal to the amount of syrup used.

You can drink the beverage chilled, at room temperature, or warm.
