Duration of the program

The duration of the NEERA cleansing diet, depends largely on your goals. Stanley Berros recommends taking a 10-day course, but some people prefer a shorter diet, some a longer one.

5-7 days,

The basic version of the cleanse course is five to seven days. This version has been used by thousands of people around the world, especially those trying the diet for the first time. The five to seven day version is convenient because one 1000 ml pack of MadalBal Syrup, on average, is enough for 7 days.

Seven days is quite enough time to cleanse your body of toxins and toxins. The first two days are the most difficult for beginners. But already on the fifth day you will feel that your body is cleansed, you will feel a change in your well-being for the better. By the end of the fifth day you may even feel so great that you want to continue the diet, or try a longer version another time.

10 days,

In his book, Stanley Berros recommended going on the diet for 10 days because the cleansing of the body is more profound. If you have successfully completed the five day course, your health is great, then there is nothing stopping you from trying the ten day version as well. By doing the 10 day diet, you will cleanse the deeper tissues of your body.

15 days,

For those who want to maximize their results, we recommend staying on the diet for 15 days. Many people have had significant gains in cleansing their bodies by following the 15 day diet. Perhaps someone who wants to get rid of excess weight, or perhaps you feel so good that you want to keep going and going. Then go ahead and keep going!

Program Repetition

Although many people have had success with this diet for more than 15 days, and even more than a month, we still do not recommend continuing the diet for more than 15 days. However, you can go through the NEERA cleansing program multiple times if you have the desire. The intervals between the courses can be 3-4 weeks.

Generally, for the average adult, we recommend taking the NEERA cleansing diet three or four times each year. Many people combine participation in this diet with the change of seasons.

Alternative Versions

“Softened Version”
The NEERA diet was created in Switzerland as a means to cleanse the human body of sludge and toxins. This diet has spread throughout Europe since the 1980s, and caters to all people with different lifestyles and needs. One of the most popular versions of this diet is the “Softened Version.”

Each night when we sleep, we don’t eat and our body cleanses itself and we let the body take care of itself, regain the energy lost during the day and cleanse itself of toxins and toxins. In the morning, with breakfast, we stop this process of healing and cleansing.

In the “Softened Version” of the NEERA diet, we will lengthen the overnight cleansing period by replacing breakfast or lunch with two or three glasses of Neera drink. That is, for breakfast or lunch you will have a NEERA drink and nothing else. For dinner, you will take your regular meals. This version of the cleansing diet is more gentle for the body, and it can be used by those people who find it difficult to completely give up the usual diet. We recommend stretching the duration of this diet to a whole month uninterrupted.

Randomized Day of the Week version
Some people have tried a version of the diet where they replace all solid food with a Neera drink on one randomly chosen day of the week. While this doesn’t have the same effect as the regular versions, but still giving your digestive system a rest even once a week can give you a chance of some cleansing of your body. Going one day without solid food is quite easy for most people, and a lot of people who have tried this version have reported having quite good weight loss results.
